I've invited a number of people who haven't received an invitation (yes, they've checked their spam/junk folders), and I can't resend them because your system says they're already invited.
This is causing me huge problems and I'm not able to invite the people I want to.
Unfortunately a lot of people are facing the same problem because certain email providers seem to be blocking our emails from our system to your guests. We are waiting to hear back from said providers with a solution, but in the meantime we are taking names of people who are having problems, so I will put you on that list.
As stated in our recent email to you about being selected, it can sometimes take up to 48 hours for emails to make their way through the system. We advise to leave 48 hours before resending your invites otherwise these resent emails can block up our servers leading to further delays in guests receiving emails. Please wait 48 hours before trying again to resend emails.
We can manually override this and we’ll final cut approve you manually – could you let me know which party this relates to?
